Help Grow Our Petition to Oppose the Preston & Royal High-Rise
If you haven’t yet signed, we encourage you to sign the Preserve Preston Hollow petition. Each signature helps demonstrate to City Plan Commissioners and City Council members the strength, unity and sincerity of our opposition to development exceeding the current zoning height limit of 54 feet at this location. We especially need signatures from the 75225, 75229 and 75230 zip codes.

Ways Neighbors Can Help Gather More Petition Signatures:
Bring petitions to your regular groups: Mahjong, Bunko, book club, Bible study, bridge, golf groups, walking groups, Pilates/fitness classes—these are ideal settings with engaged, local residents.
Leverage social gatherings: Dinner parties, happy hours, backyard get-togethers, and neighborhood socials are great opportunities to briefly explain the issue and pass around the petition.
Connect through places of worship: Share with church/synagogue groups, fellowship circles, and service committees (while respecting any guidelines those organizations may have).
Tap into school and parent networks: PTA meetings, carpool groups and parent gatherings often include Dallas homeowners who care about neighborhood impacts.
Engage at neighborhood events: HOA meetings, block parties and informal cul-de-sac gatherings are excellent venues
Use personal networks: Text friends, email contacts or call neighbors you know—personal outreach significantly increases participation.
Follow up with interested neighbors: If someone wants to learn more, circle back and ask if they (and others in their household) are ready to sign.
