37 More Petition Signatures Sept. 12 Bring Total to Over 4,900

Shocked by Proposed Heights, Residents Put Pen to Paper

A two-hour petition drive in Preston Hollow on Sept. 12 attracted area residents determined to make their voices heard, adding 37 new signatures from those saying “NO” to high-rise towers at the southwest quadrant of Preston Road and Royal Lane.

With more than 4,900 signatures now collected, the all-volunteer Preserve Preston Hollow nonprofit continues to send a clear message to Dallas City Council: Residents overwhelmingly oppose a development they believe would negatively affect the quality of life, work, and shopping in this area.
