The HEARING on the Zoning Case (Z-26-000007) at Dallas City Plan Commission is set for June 25, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Your attendance is one of the most important factors in determining the outcome. Make a plan, NOW, to attend. Residents are urged to speak before the commission.

The Preserve Preston Hollow Coalition urges neighbors and supporters to register to speak at the upcoming Dallas City Plan Commission hearing regarding the proposed zoning change at Preston Road and Royal Lane.

Registration typically opens on the Friday before the hearing and strictly closes by 3:00 PM on the Wednesday prior. For this hearing, online registration opens on Thursday, June 18 at 5:00 PM and closes promptly at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, June 24. (Please note: Because of the Juneteenth federal holiday, online registration opens one day earlier than usual.)
