You are invited to attend an important community meeting hosted by the Preserve Preston Hollow Committee.

Date: Tuesday, April 28, 2026
Time: 6:00 PM
Location: Northaven United Methodist Church (NUMC). NUMC is located at 11211 Preston Road, Dallas, Texas 75230 at the southwest corner of Northaven Road and Preston Road.

The Preserve Preston Hollow Committee will provide an update on the proposed skyscraper development at the southwest quadrant of Preston Road and Royal Lane. The developer is seeking a zoning change to allow buildings significantly taller than the current 54-foot height limit.

At this meeting, we will:

• Summarize the Committee's meetings with City Plan Commission and City Council Members

• See the presentation presented to City Plan Commission and City Council Members

• Share concerns expressed by neighbors

• Outline what the Committee is doing to educate residents, city officials and the news media

• Explain how you can support these efforts

Importantly, no hearings have been held before the City Plan Commission or City Council regarding Zoning Case Z-2600000-7—your voice matters now more than ever.

Following a formal presentation, we will hold a Q&A session, with questions submitted on 3” x 5” cards to ensure an organized and productive discussion. Please submit your question here.
