Recall Gay Willis Intent Filed

Newly formed PAC Neighborhoods First members, from left, John Wimberley and Doug Hazelbaker, file paperwork Oct. 9 at the Dallas City Secretary’s office to initiate the Recall Gay Willis petition campaign. Some 9,500 signatures from registered voters in Willis’ District 13 are required by Dec. 7. If sufficient valid signatures are certified, the city council must call a recall election in May of 2027.
